Yes. A 50% deposit holds your date. The remaining balance is due on or before the shoot day. For weddings, a custom payment schedule can be arranged.
Most sessions are delivered within 7 to 14 business days via a private online gallery. Weddings take 3 to 4 weeks. Rush delivery gets your images back within 48 hours for an additional fee.
Anywhere you want. Travel within the greater Seattle area — Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Tacoma, Everett — is included. For destinations beyond that, travel costs are discussed upfront and added to your quote.
No two sessions are the same. A headshot at one location for one hour is a very different project than a shoot across three locations with multiple outfit changes. The base rate is the floor — your final quote is built around exactly what you need, nothing more.
We monitor the forecast and reach out ahead of time if conditions look rough. Rescheduling due to weather is always free. We want your photos to look great as much as you do.
